The “Safer Internet Day” was celebrated for the first time in 2005. This year (2022), its theme is 'Together for a better internet'. The initiative calls upon all stakeholders to join together to make the internet a safer and better place for all, specially for children and young people. From cyberbullying to social networking to digital identity, each year Safer Internet Day aims to raise awareness of emerging online issues and current concerns, and to that purpose our school, the “Istituto superiore Gigli di Rovato”, has moved the initiative concerning the creations of several materials, through which posters and videos. Here in the annex you can see with your own eyes our work and our commitment for the Safe Internet Day event! We then invite all of you to exercise a sensible and considerate use of the Internet. Be aware of the potential dangers, stay safe and protect the platform. Do it for yourself and for whoever surrounds you!
